How it works

Home staging is about so much more than cleaning and de-cluttering a house, it's about bringing to life that magic that lays dormant in an empty home. It's about evoking an emotion from your buyer that says "I can see myself living here". All of that is done by creating a crisp, cohesive, and curated style in each room.

  • 1. The Consultation

    We love helping sellers get their home market-ready! At this pre-listing consultation we create a design concept and plan for each room we will be staging. We measure, select paint colors, and give suggestions on what improvements the home needs to appeal to the most buyers.

  • 2. The Staging Day

    We work quickly to stage your home in one day, focusing on key areas to impact potential buyers. Professional photos can be scheduled the next day to capture staging’s magic. With a range of staging options to suit your needs and budget, we use our curated inventory to create an emotional connection with buyers.

  • 3. Sold

    Once the home is under contract, we will schedule a day to destage and remove our inventory from the home. Having years of experience in staging homes, we know that more buyers = better and higher offers. Staging is proven to turn a higher profit for the seller.
