April Journal

Spring is a natural time to refresh your home. As the seasons shift, many homeowners begin to look at their spaces differently—seeking lighter layers, thoughtful color, and pieces that feel both functional and personal.

April at Texture Home reflected that shift, from seasonal color inspiration to new showroom arrivals and continued progress on client and in-house projects.

Color of the Month

This month, we’re highlighting the versatility of blue in interior design.

Softened, smoky blues offer a balance that feels both calm and dynamic. They bring depth to a space without overwhelming it and can easily be layered with neutrals, warm woods, or other tonal variations.

Blue is often one of the easiest ways to introduce color into a home. It feels timeless, livable, and adaptable—making it a strong starting point for those looking to refresh a space with intention.

New in Store

We’re excited to introduce Taylor King upholstery to the Texture Home showroom.

This collection brings a refined sense of character through thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and timeless silhouettes. From statement seating to beds, each item is designed to add both personality and function to a space.

Whether you’re sourcing a single piece or furnishing multiple rooms, Taylor King offers flexibility and depth within a home.

Sourcing with Intention: Market Visit

This spring market trip felt especially unique. Our sole focus was sourcing and selecting pieces specifically for the client projects we’re currently working on.

It gave us a clear sense of direction—rather than simply walking showroom to showroom taking in all the beautiful pieces, we were there with intention and purpose. Every selection was made with a specific home and client in mind.

This is a service we’re proud to offer—complimentary client sourcing and design at market—allowing us to thoughtfully curate pieces that truly align with your space, your lifestyle, and your vision.

Looking Ahead

As we move into May, we’re continuing to see exciting progress on The Teal Edit, with flooring now installed and the project moving closer to completion.

We’re also looking forward to upcoming in-store promotions, including our Memorial Day sale—an opportunity to bring thoughtful, high-quality pieces into your home at a meaningful value. Entire store will be 20% off with an additional 10% off on Rowe Furniture from May 12th-22nd.

If you’re considering a refresh or starting a new project, this is the perfect time to begin.
